Rustar has a true passion for music and the art of mixing and has quickly become a regular DJ at clubs such as The Whitehouse, The Driver, Bar Sia, Gigalum, Pacha London, Arcadia in London Bridge, London's Infamous Lightbox and the O2 Brixton Academy.
Rustar has also played at The Wire Club in Leeds alongside Giom and Pete Dafeet, some of Deep House's most respectable names. Rustar has also become a regular DJ at the Infamous Comfortably Numbed "Blissed and Twisted" Boat Parties, which has played host to world renowned DJ's such as Hijack and Roman Pushkin.
His desire to share his love of electronic music led him and a group of close friends and fellow music lovers to join forces and create a music label and event night called Press Play - since the joint formation of the group the talented collaboration consisting of some of House's top DJ's i.e. Ryan Bliss, Ryan Styles and maclay have hosted some of London's most exciting underground parties.
Rustar's sound can be described as the moving, grooving, quirky, darker side to Tech House for his more driving sets and his pure deep house sound can collect and calm any dance floor. Rustar's set's are crafted to follow this groove, which aims to seduce the floor and encourage dance moves. Along with playing the circuit he has also been working on some productions with debut releases in 2011, this is surely a DJ to watch. Catch him at Ultraplay on Sunday 22nd May.
